What Brightlynk is

Brightlynk is a marketplace. Clinicians and educators list materials they made; other clinicians buy them. We host the files and handle the transaction. We are not the author of any resource sold here and we do not review materials for clinical accuracy.

The seller ownership promise

Every seller signs this before publishing. We store the version, the typed signature and the date.

• 1. Everything I sell is my own original work, or I hold the rights to sell it.
• 2. My files contain no copyrighted images, characters, test items, fonts or text belonging to someone else.
• 3. My files contain no client names, photos, recordings or identifying information.
• 4. If I made this while employed, my employer does not own it, or I have permission to sell it.
• 5. If someone raises a valid ownership complaint, I will remove the item and cooperate with the review.
• 6. I understand Brightlynk is a marketplace, not the author, and I am responsible for what I upload.

If someone claims their work was copied

Anyone can report a resource. We review every report. While a report is open we may hide the listing. If the claim holds up, the listing is removed permanently and the seller's account may be suspended. Repeat offences end the account. The seller — not Brightlynk — is responsible for what they upload and for any claim that arises from it.

Buying and licences

When you buy a resource you get a single-user licence: use it with your own caseload or classroom, print what you need, and keep it. You may not resell it, share the files publicly, or upload them elsewhere. Downloads stay in your library.

Fees and payouts

Free-plan sellers keep 70% of each sale. Pro sellers pay $29 a year and keep 80%. Fees are calculated at the moment of purchase and shown on every order in the seller dashboard.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a resource is materially different from its description, contact us and we'll review it case by case.

Client privacy

No resource may contain client names, photographs, recordings, dates of birth or any other identifying detail. This is non-negotiable and grounds for immediate removal.
